K2M's Internship & Co-Op Programs provide world-class experiences to college students all across the globe. Forget what you think you know about internships because this is unlike any other. At K2M, our Interns and Co-Ops work right alongside our professionals and are given substantial, meaningful work that not only helps to save lives, but also provides students with skills that one cannot learn in the classroom. That means designing the latest spine technology, presenting business proposals to the CEO, negotiating contracts with vendors, you name it! On top of that, our program organizes countless training and educational opportunities mixed with fun, social events that make K2M an employer of choice for so many students.
What did you like most about your internship? The company?"The overall company atmosphere cannot be rivaled. It is one thing for someone to be nice, but K2M employees go above and beyond in this realm. They are passionate about their work which rolls over into their teaching skills. I enjoyed that I was not dismissed with a smile or wave, but instead invited to participate and learn in any capacity I wished. - Madalyn Parrill, University of Toledo, Class of 2015 "I was able to explore outside of just the work assigned to me and learn a great deal more because of this. I really enjoyed all of the company events. It was nice to see other employees and get to know them. I also enjoyed having Mr. Major (CEO) walk around the building and popping his head into my workspace. This made me feel that my work was important." - David Cline, University of Kentucky, Class of 2016"I liked how diverse my tasks were and how they required me to learn about all the different departments. I really appreciated how everyone that I interacted with was approachable and eager to help. What I like most about K2M as a whole is that ultimately our job is to positively impact the lives of those in need of spinal surgery." - Arleigh Grecco, University of Virginia, Class of 2017
